In this permanent, full-time position, you'll report to the Branch Supervisor and be responsible for the daily warehousing activities. This includes managing a small team, maintaining safety protocols, and ensuring product flow meets customer demands and timelines. Your leadership will foster a collaborative team atmosphere and support operational improvements.
Key Responsibilities:
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
• Plan efficient movement of products in and out
• Supervise and engage warehouse staff effectively
• Address inventory accuracy and customer service issues
• Maintain equipment and warehouse security
Requirements:
• Minimum of three years supervising warehouse staff
• Experience in a distribution setting preferred
• Knowledge of safety procedures and regulations
• Strong leadership and organizational skills
• Effective communication abilities with staff and clients
