Part Time Package Handler at FedEx

Become a crucial part of the Fed Ex team in Sudbury as a Part Time Package Handler. This role involves loading, unloading, scanning, and sorting freight within the facility.

Fed Ex Canada is seeking a Part Time Package Handler for various shifts, Monday to Friday, starting at 5:00 AM. Candidates should have excellent interpersonal skills, and familiarity with Canadian Customs regulations is preferred. The position requires physical strength as you will handle packages up to 150 lbs with appropriate equipment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Load and unload freight efficiently

• Scan packages for accurate sorting

• Sort freight within the facility effectively

• Complete all mandatory training and recurrency

• Maintain compliance with safety standards

Requirements:

• High School Diploma or GED preferred

• Knowledge of Fed Ex operations and customs regulations

• Ability to lift 70 lbs and move 150 lbs with equipment

• Strong interpersonal communication skills

• Flexibility to work varying shifts as needed
