Location: Greater Sudbury
Kickstart your career with Wesco as a Warehouse Associate! This immediate hire position offers valuable training in supply chain techniques working Monday through Friday, from 7:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.
In the Warehouse Associate role, you will be responsible for receiving, packing, and shipping materials while learning about the distribution processes in a leading Fortune 250 company.
Your role is essential in maintaining smooth warehouse operations and supporting your team effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
• Handle and complete log sheets for inbound shipments
• Verify and process supplier returns efficiently
• Consolidate and relocate material as needed
• Prepare packing lists and assemble them accurately
• Pack and label outbound shipments safely
Requirements:
• Preferred high school degree or equivalent
• Experience operating a forklift is a plus
• 1 year of warehouse experience preferred
• Basic skills in computers and problem-solving
• Physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds
