Vehicle Technician

We are currently seeking a skilled and experienced Vehicle Technician to join our client's busy automotive service centre in Sudbury, Suffolk. This is an excellent opportunity for a dedicated professional looking to progress their career within a reputable dealership environment.

• Competitive basic salary between £34,000 and £38,000 depending on experience and qualifications
• Uncapped on target earnings up to £52,480 per annum
• Additional earnings through a £3,000 Productivity Bonus and a Time Saved Bonus Scheme
• 40-hour week, Monday to Friday, with a rota of one in three Saturdays

• Diagnosing and repairing a wide range of vehicle issues efficiently and accurately
• Carrying out vehicle servicing in accordance with manufacturer specifications
• Advising customers on necessary repairs and maintenance services
• Completing all work to a high standard and within scheduled time frames
• Maintaining detailed records of service work and parts used
• Supporting team members to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and repeat business
• Adhering to health and safety guidelines and company policies

• Proven experience as a Vehicle Vehicle Technician or similar role
• Relevant qualifications such as NVQ Level 3 in Vehicle Servicing and Repair or equivalent
• Strong diagnostic skills and technical knowledge of vehicle systems
• Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Valid UK driving licence
