Teacher Active is currently recruiting enthusiastic Level 3 Nursery Practitioners to work within nurseries and Early Years settings across Sudbury and the surrounding areas

We are looking for dedicated practitioners who are passionate about providing children with a safe, stimulating and nurturing environment where they can learn, develop and thrive.
The RoleAs a Level 3 Nursery Practitioner, you will play an important role in supporting children's development during their early years.
Your responsibilities may include:
- Providing high-quality care and learning opportunities for children
- Planning and delivering fun, engaging and age-appropriate activities
- Supporting children's social, emotional, physical and educational development
- Working in line with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS)
- Observing and monitoring children's progress and development
- Contributing to children's learning records and development plans
- Supporting children's individual routines and needs
- Creating a safe, stimulating and inclusive learning environment
- Building positive relationships with children, parents and colleagues
- Following safeguarding, health and safety, and nursery policies at all times
To be considered for this role, you should:
- Hold a relevant Level 3 Early Years / Childcare qualification
- Have previous experience working within a nursery or Early Years setting
- Have a good understanding of the EYFS framework
- Be caring, patient, enthusiastic and reliable
- Have strong communication and teamwork skills
- Be confident supporting children's individual learning and development
- Be able to build positive relationships with children and families
- Be committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children
