What You'll Be Doing Providing 1st line IT support via phone, email and ticketing systems Troubleshooting hardware, software and network issues Managing user accounts and access permissions Installing and configuring IT equipment and applications Supporting system upgrades, rollouts and IT projects Maintaining accurate support records and documentation Escalating complex issues when required What We're Looking For Previous IT Helpdesk, Service Desk or similar IT support experience Strong knowledge of Windows 11, Microsoft Office and user support Excellent communication and problem-solving skills A customer-focused approach and attention to detail Ability to prioritise workloads in a fast-paced environment
