Randstad Sourceright, a leading provider of RPO & MSP Recruitment Services are seeking a proactive Supply Chain Administrator to join our client’s project team. You will work closely with purchasing and supply chain leads, engaging with 100+ vendors to ensure all necessary documentation is gathered and systems are updated.

Key Responsibilities

* Provide general administration for project and supply chain initiatives

* Communicate with suppliers: share purchase orders, gather acknowledgments and maintain contact lists.

* Track project paperwork (QMS/compliance) and follow up with stakeholders for completion

* Support team meetings (scheduling, agendas, minutes)

* Assist with supplier and team member onboarding

Requirements

* Strong administrative experience

* Effective verbal and written communication skills; comfortable proactively calling vendors

* IT literate (proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly VLookups in Excel)

* Supply chain background is preferred but not essential

* SAP experience is a bonus

* Proactive, reliable, and self-motivated
