Assembly Operative

Assembly Operative – Just Temps is currently recruiting for an experience Assembly Operative, working in partnership with our Client based in Sudbury, Suffolk where everyday makes a difference to people’s lives through innovative technology respected.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to build a long-term career within manufacturing. The role will initially be a temporary position for up to 12 weeks and for the right candidate will go permanent!

Earlies: 6am-2pm Mon
- Thurs & 6am – 12.30pm Fri

Lates: 2pm
-10pm Mon-Thurs and 2pm- 8.45pm on a Friday

Starting pay rate is £13.45 per hour for Earlies and £14.79 per hour for Lates.

Key Duties:

Assembling parts, products or components to specification
Testing finished products for functionality and quality
Performing quality checks and ensuring standards are met
Using hand tools to complete precise tasks
Meeting production targets as part of a collaborative team
Thriving in a busy, active environment

Requirements:

No previous experience is required—just a good attitude and a willingness to learn. Full training is provided.
Immediately available or available to start at short notice
Provide 5 years of work references – this is essential
Must hold a full driving licence and have access to own vehicle – this is essential
