We are thrilled to be opening our brand-new, state-of-the-art Celebree School in Sudbury, Massachusetts - and we’re looking for passionate Teachers to join our founding team! We are hiring assistant teachers for our infant through preschool classrooms. Classroom placement will be based on candidate preference, experience and current needs.

• Assist Lead Teachers in classroom management ensuring compliance with all regulations, company standards, policies, and procedures.
• Provide a welcoming & friendly classroom environment for children, parents & visitors.
• Assist in creating and implementing thorough, timely lesson plans that are age-appropriate and stimulating in accordance with Celebree’s curriculum.
• Assist in managing effective classroom transitions.
• Assist and supervise children during all activities; counsel children as needed using positive and appropriate discipline techniques.
• Ensure that the appearance, cleanliness, and safe environment of the classroom are appropriately maintained.
• Present a positive and professional image at all times adhering to uniform requirements.
• Communicate effectively with parents, e.g., greeting by name, addressing concerns in a timely manner, giving positive feedback, and providing regular updates on their child’s development and classroom happenings.

• High School or equivalent is required, an Associates or Bachelor's degree preferred
• CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain)
• Background check required.
• Experience working with children and families in a child care setting preferred
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate effectively in a team setting
• Dependable and a supportive team player
