Blackstone Talent Group, an award‑winning technology consulting and talent agency, is seeking an STS Senior Test Development Engineer to join our client’s Sensor Test Solutions (STS) Department.

The client is looking for a Senior Test Equipment Design Engineer with a background in electrical design and software programming/automation, who will develop, build, and integrate advanced test platforms and architectures for analog/digital, RF, high‑power, and embedded software/firmware design activities.

The role will involve the full lifecycle of test solution development – from requirements definition through verification and final system sell‑off in a production facility or field environment. This position is 100 % onsite in Tewksbury, MA.

• Develop test hardware, software, and/or firmware from requirements definition through deployment at manufacturing or customer facilities, spanning Power, RF, Analog, and Digital disciplines.
• Lead smaller teams of engineers, overseeing technical execution and reporting project status, cost and schedule to STS department leadership.
• Identify test readiness issues and optimizations throughout the development lifecycle.
• Ensure compliance with established project budget, schedule, and performance commitments.
• Guide mechanical engineering and/or suppliers through test adapter design activities with moderate support from senior engineers.
• Work effectively within a team or as an individual contributor, exercising autonomy with limited supervision.
• Engage in personal technical growth.
• Prepare and clearly present work products at project status meetings.
• Support manufacturing operations, including on‑site troubleshooting and debugging.
