The Engineering Finance Workforce Analytics team is seeking a highly motivated Workforce Analytics Analyst to support and enhance key Engineering Finance dashboards. This role requires strong analytical skills, the ability to build and manage dashboards, lead process improvement initiatives, be a team player, and collaborate effectively across multiple teams. This high-visibility position offers opportunities to work with modern analytics tools including Alteryx and Power BI while partnering with technical and non-technical stakeholders across Engineering and Engineering Finance.

• Design, build, and maintain dashboards supporting Engineering Finance operations.
• Develop accurate datasets, financial models, and analytics solutions using Alteryx.
• Troubleshoot issues and ensure accurate and timely delivery of financial insights.
• Conduct root-cause analyses, assess data quality, and drive improvements to enhance data reliability and accessibility.
• Collaborate with cross-functional Engineering Finance teams to clarify requirements and align deliverables.
• Lead continuous improvement efforts to streamline workflows and reduce manual processes.

• A University Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Mathematics, or a related discipline or equivalent experience and minimum 5 years prior relevant experience, or an Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 3 years experience.
• Working experience in Finance functions including Program Controls, FP&A, Engineering Finance, OSC Finance, E&P or other relevant work experience.
• Working experience with financial systems such as PRISM, APEX (SAP), Business Warehouse (BW), Rplan or other financial reporting systems.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Tool Suite with a focus on Excel.
• Working experience with dashboard tools such as PowerBI, Tableau or similar tools.
