Stern Therapy Consultants is hiring a PRN Speech-Language Pathologist at Bear Mountain in Sudbury, MA
. Provide skilled nursing rehabilitation that helps residents participate in conversations, communicate care needs, manage daily cognitive tasks, and address swallowing challenges.

• Complete evaluations of speech, language, cognitive-communication, and swallowing to establish clinical priorities.

• Develop individualized treatment goals grounded in residents' daily routines and rehabilitation needs.

• Provide therapy for communication disorders and functional challenges involving attention, memory, and problem-solving.

• Assess swallowing function and implement appropriate interventions, coordinating care recommendations with nursing and dietary staff.

• Coach residents, families, and caregivers on strategies that extend the value of therapy beyond each session.

• Maintain clear clinical documentation, measure progress, and contribute to care conferences and discharge planning.

• $60–$65 per hour.

• PRN coverage coordinated around your availability and resident care needs.

• Unlimited referral bonus, with up to $1,000 per successful referral.

• Collaboration with the rehabilitation team and support from therapy leadership.

• Active Massachusetts Speech-Language Pathologist license.

• Strong assessment and treatment skills for adult communication, cognitive, and swallowing disorders.

• Effective interdisciplinary communication and timely documentation.

• Experience in skilled nursing or geriatric rehabilitation preferred.
