COTA PRN

Stern Therapy Consultants is hiring a PRN Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant at Bear Mountain in Sudbury, MA. Help residents regain confidence with personal care and everyday activities while contributing to their rehabilitation in a skilled nursing environment.

• Carry out individualized occupational therapy treatments under the direction of the supervising OT.
• Practice daily living skills with residents, using graded activities to support dressing, grooming, bathing, and toileting.
• Incorporate prescribed exercises and functional tasks that address upper-body strength, coordination, and activity tolerance.
• Reinforce techniques for adaptive equipment, energy conservation, and safe participation in daily routines.
• Observe residents' responses and share changes in performance or assistance needs with the OT.
• Keep treatment records current and coordinate with nursing and other therapists to support continuity of care.

• $35–$40 per hour.
• PRN coverage options based on your availability and the facility's staffing needs.
• Unlimited referral bonus, with up to $1,000 per successful referral.
• Team collaboration and support from therapy leadership.

• Active Massachusetts Occupational Therapy Assistant license and COTA certification.
• Strong interpersonal skills and attention to residents' individual needs.
• Ability to follow established treatment plans and complete accurate documentation.
• Skilled nursing experience is helpful; new graduates are welcome to apply.
