Flynn Building Exterior Accessible Ramp Replacement

The Town of Sudbury invites sealed bids from qualified contractors for work consisting of the exterior accessible ramp replacement at the Alan Flynn Building located at 278 Old Sudbury Road, Sudbury, MA 01776, including but not limited to the preparation, priming and painting of selected interior surfaces. All work shall be performed in accordance with the scope of work.

All project documents including specifications may be obtained beginning after 10:00 AM on Thursday, August 14, 2025 via email request to facilities.us or at the Office of the Combined Director of Facilities, 275 Old Lancaster Road, Sudbury, MA.

All contractor questions are due no later than Monday September 8, 2025 by 3:00 PM. Attendance at the pre-bid conference is not mandatory.

Bids will be opened in the Office of the Combined Facility Director on Friday, September 12, 2025, at 12:30 pm.

Selection of the contractor will be based upon bidder qualifications, including evidence of past performance in similar projects, and bid price. The contract will be awarded to the bidder deemed by the Town of Sudbury to be the lowest responsible and eligible bidder.

The bidder agrees that its bid shall be good and may not be withdrawn for a period of 60 days, Saturdays, Sundays and legal holidays excluded, after the opening of the bids.

Town of Sudbury reserves the right to waive any in formalities, to accept or reject, in whole or in part any or all bids, or take whatever other action may be deemed to be in the best interest of Town of Sudbury.
