$5,500 SIGN-ON BONUSThe Nursing Supervisor assumes responsibility for the management of all nursing units.
- Directly supervises, communicates and provides support to all nursing staff.
- Makes frequent rounds to oversee the quality of direct resident care.
- Ensures residents are comfortable, secure and all their needs are being met.
- Duties may include coverage on the Med-Cart
