Respect Adult Day Health Care LLC is looking for a compassionate and dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) to join our caring team in Sudbury, MA. Responsibilities:- Assess, monitor, and document participants' health status and care needs on a daily basis
- Administer medications, treatments, and nursing interventions per physician orders
- Develop and maintain individualized care plans in collaboration with an interdisciplinary team
- Coordinate with physicians, specialists, and family members regarding participant health concerns
- Provide health education and wellness support to participants and their caregivers
- Respond to medical emergencies and provide first-line clinical intervention as needed
- Ensure compliance with state and federal adult day health care regulations and standards
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Massachusetts
- Experience in geriatric care, adult day health, or community health nursing preferred
- Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a patient-centered approach
- Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary care team
- CPR/BLS certification required
- Compassionate, patient, and culturally sensitive demeanor
