• Hourly Rate: $30–$50 (based on experience)
• Company Vehicle
• Paid Sick and Vacation Time: Up to 4 weeks based on length of service

• Perform service and maintenance on a variety of HVAC systems
• Deliver excellent customer service to residential clients
• Follow all MA sheet metal, plumbing, building, and gas codes
• Complete work according to the manufacturer's specifications
• Document all work performed accurately and professionally

• Valid MA driver’s license with a clean record
• Current MA Master or Journeyman Sheet Metal License
• Current EPA Certification
• Team-oriented with strong communication and customer-service skills
