Liberty Homes Design and Build is seeking an experienced Carpenter with advanced finish and trim skills, particularly in Interior Stairs and Railings, to join our dedicated team. This full‑time role is perfect for a detail‑oriented professional who takes pride in their craftsmanship. • Execute high‑end finish and trim carpentry including windows, doors, moldings, cabinetry, interior stairs, and railings
• Read and interpret blueprints, construction drawings, and project specifications
• Measure, cut, assemble, and install wood and other materials with precision and accuracy
• Collaborate with project managers and crew to meet project deadlines and quality standards
• Maintain and properly use tools and equipment
• Ensure job site cleanliness and enforce safety protocols
• Identify and resolve on‑site issues with professionalism and minimal disruption

• Minimum 5 years of experience in residential carpentry, with a strong emphasis on finish and trim work
• Skilled in stair and railing installation
• Proficiency with hand and power tools, carpentry methods, and safety procedures
• Ability to read blueprints and technical plans
• Strong attention to detail and craftsmanship
• Self‑motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Capable of lifting materials and working on active construction sites
• Competitive salary: $80,000 – $90,000 annually (based on experience)
