Filler Operator 3rd Shift

10:00 PM to 6:30 AM (Monday to Friday)

Under the direction of the Production Supervisor and/or Production Manager, the candidate will follow all established procedures and policies while producing a product that meets or exceeds available standards, prioritizing safety, quality, and efficiency to meet the company’s goals.

• Operate and clean filling equipment.
• Operate and clean multiple high‑speed filling machines in a sanitary, efficient, and effective manner.
• Complete paperwork in accordance with government regulations and HP Hood requirements.
• Safely operate all assigned equipment following JHA requirements.
• Consistently meet production quotas.
• Comply with all policies and guidelines for production and sanitation processes.
• Participate in cross‑training efforts to maximize departmental efficiency.
• Maintain weights, codes, packaging, temperature levels, and sanitizing to ensure quality products.
• Work cooperatively with managers, supervisors and peers.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

• GED or High School Diploma.
• Preferred experience in a manufacturing setting.
• Basic computer skills preferred.
• Ability to work well with people.
• Effective communication skills.
• Multi‑tasking ability.
• Capability to work independently and in a team‑based environment.

• Standing: long periods (minimum 8+ hours).

Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience and location. The pay range for this position is $27.99–$30.58 USD.
