We are seeking a proactive Administrator to support a major highways infrastructure project.

This role will provide essential administrative support to operational teams, ensuring accurate processing of timesheets, project documentation, and communication across the project.

Key Responsibilities

* Process staff, plant, and fleet timesheets

* Support communication between project teams and stakeholders

* Monitor shared email inboxes and manage delivery records

* Maintain project documentation and records

* Assist with action tracking and reporting systems

* Provide general administrative support to operational teams

Requirements

* Previous administration experience

* Strong organisational and communication skills

* Good attention to detail

* Competent IT skills

* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Desirable

* Construction, highways, or infrastructure sector experience

* Knowledge of Procore, Causeway, or similar systems

Package

* £12.71 per hour

* 45 hours per week

* Immediate start available

* Temporary contract with potential extension
