The Site Supervisor will be required to ensure safety is the top priority and they will be responsible for all aspects of ensuring tasks take place in compliance with all company policies and procedures and ensure the site is compliant with the CDM regulations.
They will hold an SMSTS and preferably a Substation Entry qualification. A knowledge of electrical substations and civils is important in this role as is an understanding of temporary works and their requirements would be beneficial. The Site Supervisor will work closely with the Project Manager and is expected to keep him up to date with all aspects relevant to the project
