Overview
A Site Manager is required to manage a £1.3 million refurbishment of a large high-end residential property in Norwich. Works include a full refurbishment of all rooms, new M&E, a new lift shaft and fit out to a high specification. Contract length is circa 14 months.
Responsibilities- Deliver the project standalone reporting into a visiting contract manager
- Sequencing and short-term programming
- Trade management
- Site inductions
- Raise permits
- Toolbox talks
- Work to tight deadlines
- Influence health & safety on site
- Quality assurance
- SMSTS
- CSCS
- First Aid qualified
Contract start: early June 2026. Salary: a competitive day rate.
