• Deliver best practice holistic support to young people with special educational needs.
• Work 1:1 and very small group capacities in local venues.
• Tutoring and coaching in the delivery of academic, vocational, life skills and/or employability based programmes.
• Work out of home and drive to students’ locations using your own car.

• Outstanding teacher from any age range with robust knowledge and experience of teaching, assessing and working with young people with special educational needs.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and creative teaching approaches.

• Full-time position (part‑time appointments minimum 0.8 FTE possible).
• Peripatetic role predominantly delivered within 30 miles of home.
• Mileage is reimbursed.
• Opportunities for professional development and career progression as the charity grows.
• Working with ages 4–25 years old facing exclusion from education, employment and the community due to social, emotional, behavioural or learning difficulties and disabilities.
