Monday - Friday, 8:30am-3:30pm
Pay: MPS/UPS (depending on experience)

Job Overview:
This academy caters for students aged 11-16.
Full-time, Monday - Friday, English Teacher
Plan and deliver engaging, differentiated English lessons across KS3 and KS4.
Inspire students through creative and thought-provoking lessons that develop reading, writing, speaking and analytical skills.
Assess, monitor and track student progress to ensure strong attainment.
Create a positive, inclusive and engaging learning environment.
Work collaboratively with the English department and wider academy team.
Contribute to curriculum development, intervention programmes and enrichment opportunities.
This English Teacher role in Suffolk offers the opportunity to work within a supportive and ambitious academy, with a strong focus on professional development and career progression. You will play a key role in helping students develop a lifelong appreciation for English while building the skills they need to succeed both academically and beyond the classroom.
What we're looking for:
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) is essential.
A degree in English or a related subject.
Experience teaching English at secondary level across KS3 and KS4.
A passion for English and the ability to engage, motivate and challenge learners.
Strong classroom management and organisational skills.
A proactive, positive and collaborative approach to teaching.
