Produce high‑quality documents and process models for BAU and project work.
Prepare and present procedure updates.
Champion the implementation of the IMS to support key project milestones.
Coordinate business process flows across Delivery, Enabling and Support functions.
Support the smooth publication of IMS procedures, ensuring accuracy in attributes, flowcharts and permissions.
Manage and prioritise the procedure work pipeline based on project needs and risk.
Maintain clear progress tracking and escalate delays when required.
Lead and support a team of IMS Analysts, ensuring effective prioritisation and delivery.
