An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Quantity Surveyor to join a leading cost and project management consultancy tasked with delivering a high profile new build nuclear power station in Suffolk. This is one of the most significant infrastructure projects currently underway in the UK and this is an opportunity for you to be part of their busy and growing site based team.
The Role
The Quantity Surveyor will be working closely with the client and wider project teams to maintain commercial control and contractual compliance across a multi-billion pound (£) project in Suffolk. Working closely with a the main contractors, subcontractors and the supply chain, Some of the Quantity Surveyors key duties will include contract administration, payments and change management.
Requirements
A minimum of a 2 years' post-grad experience within either a main contracting or PQS environment
Experience using either NEC3 or NEC4 contracts on a project within the infrastructure, civil engineering or utilities sectors
Excellent communication skills
Strong client facing skills
Live local to Suffolk or willing to stay in Suffolk 3 nights per week
All candidates must be eligible for BPSS clearance.

Starting salary of £45,000 - £70,000 (dependent on level and experience)
