Key Responsibilities

Client Engagement

* Proactively build and manage a client portfolio through business development, meetings, referrals, and networking.

* Understand client hiring needs and offer tailored recruitment solutions.

* Manage end-to-end recruitment processes including interviews, feedback, and offer negotiation.

* Maintain and develop long-term client relationships for ongoing business.

Candidate Engagement

* Source, attract, and interview potential candidates using tools such as social media, referrals, and advertising.

* Provide career advice, CV support, and interview preparation.

* Maintain regular candidate contact and manage a database for availability and suitability.

Team Collaboration

* Work closely with colleagues to share market insights, build internal networks, and maximise commercial opportunities.

* Achieve personal and team KPIs and revenue targets through collaboration and initiative.

Ideal Candidate Profile

* Previous recruitment experience preferred but not essential.

* Strong motivation, sales drive, and a commercial mindset.

* Excellent relationship-building and communication skills.

* Resilient, target-driven, and open to continuous learning.

* Confident handling objections and problem-solving in recruitment processes.
