| £45k+ potential annual earnings
I’m currently recruiting on behalf of a fantastic client who is looking to add talented chefs to their team at a truly special dining destination, where rustic charm meets refined cuisine.
Celebrating the very best of seasonal, estate-led cooking, their menus are inspired by the rhythms of the estate, featuring produce grown in their own gardens and meats sourced from their pastures. Recognised with a Michelin Bib Gourmand for over two decades, this is an opportunity to join a kitchen where quality ingredients, creativity and a genuine sense of place are at the heart of everything they do.
The roles:
Pastry Chef
Chef de Partie
Sous Chef
The package:
Base salary: £31,741 per annum
Tips:
Approximately £14,000–£16,000 per annum
Potential total earnings: £45,000+ per annum
Contract:
48 hours per week
Working pattern: 2 nights per week
I’m keen to speak with passionate chefs who take pride in their craft, enjoy working with exceptional seasonal produce and want to be part of a team delivering memorable dining experiences.
Interested, or know someone who might be a great fit?
Send me your CV or get in touch for a confidential chat. I’d love to hear from you
