About the RoleAs part of our Sales Department, you’ll provide essential administrative support to the sales team, manage key documentation, and maintain accurate records. This is a part‑time position requiring a minimum of 20 hours per week
, with flexibility in working hours to help you balance your commitments while supporting our busy dealership operations.
- Accurately process vehicle taxing and invoicing to ensure compliance.
- Maintain up-to-date stock and customer records for smooth operations.
- Prepare and manage documentation to support sales executives.
- Coordinate deliveries and assist with handovers.
- Provide outstanding administrative service to the Sales Department.
- Strong organisational and administrative abilities.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
- Clear and professional communication skills.
- Previous experience in the motor trade would be an advantage (training provided if not).
- Familiarity with dealership systems and processes.
