Operations Coordinator – Sentara Health
Provides daily support to the operations of the department and administrative support to the Leader. Assumes responsibility for office activities, procurement, business and financial functions, and supports the delivery of patient care in a multidisciplinary environment.
- Manages correspondence, schedules meetings, and prepares departmental reports and statistics.
- Processes accounts payable, payroll, employee mileage reimbursement claims, and operational information.
- Orders supplies, maintains charge entry, and performs technical support for department staff.
- Provides exceptional customer service via phone and in-person interactions.
- High School Diploma required.
- 2 years of clerical experience required.
- No specific certification or licensure required.
