Are you passionate about supporting babies to explore, learn, and thrive in their earliest years? Cherry Trees @ Colourbox Montessori School is looking for a Baby Room Leader to join our warm, nurturing, and creative nursery.

This is a full-time leadership role offering excellent opportunities for professional development, specialist Montessori training, and clear career progression
. You’ll lead our Baby Room, caring for children aged 3 months to 2 years
, supporting their early learning and development in a safe, inspiring, and loving environment.

• Leading and inspiring your own key group of babies, observing, recording, and celebrating their developmental milestones.
• Creating a safe, welcoming, and stimulating Baby Room environment each day.
• Supporting and mentoring your team, promoting a culture of learning, collaboration, and best practice.
• Building strong, positive relationships with children, families, and colleagues.
• Ensuring high standards of care, safeguarding, and Early Years practice are consistently maintained.
• Genuine opportunities for growth, promotion, and specialist Montessori training.

• a full and relevant Level 3 (or above) Childcare qualification – ideally with leadership experience.
• a genuine love of working with babies
  , with energy, creativity, and enthusiasm.
• Knowledge of Safeguarding, EYFS, and best practice in Early Years leadership
  .
• The right to live and work in the UK.
• An Enhanced DBS check (we’ll support you with the application).
• First Aid, Safeguarding, and Food Hygiene training desirable – but we’ll provide this if you don’t yet have it.
• Early Years experience is preferred but not essential – if you’ve got the passion and drive, we’ll support your development.
