A well-established facility in Suffolk, Virginia is seeking a Board-Certified Interventional Cardiologist for locum tenens coverage. This position is inpatient-based with call responsibilities to support the group during provider time off. You ll work in a Level 3 trauma center with access to full cardiology resources and a robust support staff.

Facility Size: 250 total beds 10 ICU beds
EMR: Epic

Reason for Coverage:
Provider PTO (ATO)Average Clinic Volume: 28 patients per provider
Average Inpatient Admissions: 3 4/day
You ll be the sole interventional cardiologist on-site during coverage
Must be comfortable supervising Advanced Practice Clinicians (APCs)

Board Certified in Interventional Cardiology REQUIRED
Active VA Medical License & DEA REQUIRED
BLS/ACLS Certification REQUIRED
