Position Details:
Patient Population: Adults
Setting: Community hospital (non-trauma center)
Responsibilities: 7 10 admissions overnight, floor call coverage across 7 units; no rounding, no in-house codes
Required Procedures: None
EMR System: EPIC
Support Staff: Nocturnist will work solo; no APP or other hospitalist overnight
Days Per Month: Varies based on availability; open dates from June to September
On-Call/Weekends: Some weekend shifts required
Submission Requirements:
Board Certified Required
VA Medical License Required;
No ExceptionsVA DEA Required;
No ExceptionsACLS/BLS (AHA or Red Cross) Required
100% Clean Background Required for Temp Privileges
Local Provider Highly Preferred
