Practical setting within a Lens Crafters subleasing optometrist's practice. You will work with an independent Doctor of Optometry affiliated with Lens Crafters (Luxottica). The terms of agreement, practice model, pay, and hours are negotiated directly with the Subleasing doctor.

• Provide high quality optometric care and service to patients.
• Operate in a fully furnished office with a full suite of OD equipment.
• Utilize advanced digital eye examination technology such as Clarifye and, where available, Daytona Optomap Digital Retinal Imaging System.
• Use the automated online appointment book and patient recall system.
• Maintain full scope of practice predicated only on professional discretion and agreement with the Subleasing Doctor (no imposed restrictions or quotas).
• Schedule flexible shifts, including part‑time commitments.

Doctor of Optometry (OD) degree. Licensed to practice optometry in Virginia. Willingness to work collaboratively with a Subleasing Doctor in an independent practice setting.
