Primary Care Adult​/Geriatric Nurse Practitioner - Outpatient - Suffolk, VA

Job Summary

Bon Secours Internists of Churchland is adding an Experienced FNP or AGNP to our team of Internal Medicine Providers in the growing Harbour View area of Suffolk, VA.

• Provide outpatient primary care for 125-150 patients per day
• Work independently with a patient panel and minimal assistance from physicians
• Manage patients in relation to population health quality outcomes
• Cover after‑hours, weekend, and PTO in rotation with the team
• Serve mostly adult patients (age 18+), 60% geriatric

• Minimum ONE YEAR experience in outpatient primary care practice working independently
• Internal medicine practice experience required
• Experience managing a patient panel and population health outcomes

• Up to $5,000 relocation assistance (over 50 miles)

• Practice hours Monday‑Friday 8:00‑5:00 (8‑hour work days)
