Podiatric Foot & Ankle Surgeon Join Bayview Physicians Group – Exceptional Opportunity in Coastal Virginia
Bayview Physicians Group is a progressive, independent, multi-specialty, physician-led group serving the Hampton Roads. We are currently seeking a Board-Certified/Board Eligible Podiatric Foot & Ankle Surgeon to join our collaborative Atlantic Foot & Ankle team.
Opportunities are available throughout Southeast, Virginia including the areas of Virginia Beach, Chesapeake, Norfolk and Suffolk, serving culturally diverse communities and markets while offering the flexibility to choose a practice setting that aligns with your lifestyle and career goals.
What we offer:- Hiring Range: $180,000-$250,000
- Actual pay depends on specialty, experience, schedule, and job duties

- Provide comprehensive evaluation,diagnosis, and treatment of patients witha wide rangeof foot andankle conditions in outpatient and/orsurgical settings.
- Perform patient histories, physical examinations,and clinical assessments to develop individualized treatment plans.
- Diagnose and manage conditions including diabeticfoot complications, wounds, infections, fractures,sports injuries, biomechanicaldisorders, and otherpodiatric conditions.
- Perform in-office procedures and surgicalinterventions as appropriate, including woundcare, nail andskin procedures, injections, and other podiatrictreatments.
- Evaluate and treat patients with complexfoot andankledisorders while providing evidence-based, patient-centered care.
- Utilize diagnostic toolsand advanced treatment techniques to optimize patient outcomes.
- Maintain accurate andtimely medical documentation in accordance with organizational standard sand regulatory requirements.
- Strong commitment to patient centric value-based care
- A multidisciplinary team of 300+ physicians and advanced practice providers, including;
Cardiology, Pulmonary, Dermatology, Sleep Medicine, OB/GYN, Surgery, and many additional specialties - Practice within an established, integrated healthcare network featuring:
- 75+ outpatient clinics
- 7 Urgent Cares
- Advanced Imaging
- Ambulatory Surgery Center
- Sleep Lab Center
- Outpatient Cardiac & Pulmonology testing
