• Provide instruction, support, assessment, and mentorship to community college non‑credit learners in classroom, laboratory, and other learning contexts.
• Develop lesson plans, curriculum, and instructional materials that meet industry standards and learner needs.
• Assess learner performance and progress, providing appropriate feedback to promote learning.
• Maintain a safe learning environment, staying current on industry safety practices.
• Collaborate with faculty and staff to improve program quality and align outcomes with accreditation requirements.
• Participate in special assignments, including emergency response as directed by the agency or state government.

• Professional certification or relevant credential in sheet metal or related trade.
• Professional experience in the sheet metal industry.
• Prior teaching or training experience in a workplace or community/technical college setting is preferred.

• Professional certification/ certificate if applicable.
• Contract, part‑time position with maximum 29 hours per week.
