- The STRABAG UK Graduate Programme is 15 months in duration and offers industry leading development. It is intense but hugely rewarding and on successful completion, you will receive accreditations and qualifications from industry recognised bodies such as:
- The Institution of Occupational Safety and Health (IOSH)
- Association for Project Management (APM)
- Institute of Sustainability & Environmental Professionals (ISEP)
- British Tunnelling Society (BTS)
- The Institute of Leadership (IOL)
- You will also begin your journey with professional associations such as The Institution of Civil Engineers (ICE), The Chartered Institution of Civil Engineering Surveyors (CICES) and The Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS).

- Assisting with the management of site operations, to ensure safety, quality, cost effectiveness, timely production and customer satisfaction
- Planning and sequencing of operations, including writing method statements and risk assessments, and procuring sub-contractor, labour, plant and material resources
- Briefing teams Implementing operational quality control including setting out and QA processes
- Prepare technical drawings, calculations, and construction documentation under supervision.
- Ensure compliance with engineering standards, local regulations, and safety requirements.

- Minimum 2:1 in Civil Engineering
- No more than 12 months’ work experience
- Good communication and teamwork skills with a willingness to learn and take initiative.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Project).
- Hard working with a positive can‑do attitude.
