Sentara Obici Hospital is hiring a Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) or Certified Respiratory Therapist (CRT) for a full‑time 14‑week travel assignment.

  : $70.00/hr (RRT) or $66.00/hr (CRT)

  Night shift – 7:00 pm to 7:00 am

The Registered Respiratory Therapist builds upon the overall pulmonary management in identifying and implementing physician‑directed respiratory care interventions for individual patients or groups of patients. Works cooperatively with nursing and other health care team members for professional respiratory care practice for all patients ranging in ages from neonates to adults in all clinical and ambulatory settings. Responsible for the appropriate age‑specific assessment and treatment of patients.

• Associate’s Degree in Respiratory Therapy or Bachelor’s Degree in Respiratory Therapy

• Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) – NBRC
• Certified Respiratory Therapist (CRT) – NBRC
• Virginia State Respiratory Therapist License – VADHP
• Basic Life Support (BLS) – AHA

• At least 1 year of clinical respiratory care experience (preferred)
