Job Description:

Perform direct resident care duties under the supervision of licensed nursing personnel. Assist with promoting a compassionate physical and psychosocial environment for the residents.

Responsibilities:

• Meet physical and sensory requirements.
• Provide personal care of residents daily and as needed.
• Routinely turn and position residents, as necessary.
• Observe residents carefully and report changes in condition to Charge Nurse.
• Participate in collecting data needed for accurate completion of MDS and plan of care.

Requirements/Qualifications:

• Current Nursing Assistant Certification.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills.
• Highest level of professionalism with the ability to maintain confidentiality.
• Customer service oriented with the ability to work under pressure.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy, excellent organizational skills.
• Function independently.
