About the role: As an HR Business Partner in Distribution and Receive Centers, you will be a strategic partner to leadership and a valuable resource for team members. You will support onboarding, performance management, and guidance on organizational change, helping teams meet specific business goals. You will also collaborate with leaders to recruit, retain, develop, and optimize team performance.

Schedule: Tuesday‑Friday (Supports 4pm‑2am shift)

About You:

• Four‑year degree or equivalent experience
• Experience in employee relations, talent acquisition, organizational strategy, or training and development
• Strong interpersonal, communication, reasoning, analytical, problem‑solving, and decision‑making skills
• Proven ability to motivate teams and manage conflict
• Ability to understand policies and procedures and relate them to others
• Basic knowledge of word processing, spreadsheets, and computer systems (e.g., Excel, Word, O365)
