You will oversee compliance for employees and contingent workers, promoting legal and fair practices throughout the organization.

Sizewell C is a pioneering project focused on constructing a 3.2-gigawatt nuclear power station in Suffolk. As the Employment Compliance Manager, your responsibilities will include:

• Leading compliance initiatives across employment legislation and workforce regulations.
• Managing Sizewell C’s Visa Sponsorship License and ensuring full UKVI compliance.
• Overseeing governance for contingent and embedded workers through audits and risk assessments.
• Collaborating with HR, Legal, Finance, and Procurement for consistent governance application.
• Driving continuous improvement in HR policies, processes, and systems.
• Acting as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders and regulatory bodies on compliance matters.

To excel in this role, candidates should meet the following requirements:

• Significant experience in IR35 compliance, workforce governance, and HR operations in complex, regulated environments.
• In-depth knowledge of UK employment law and sponsorship processes.
• Strong analytical skills and keen attention to detail.
• Excellent stakeholder engagement and influencing capabilities.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.

• Knowledge of UK immigration legislation and visa sponsorship compliance.
• Experience in large infrastructure or energy projects.
• Familiarity with HR systems such as SAP and Success Factors.
