Benefits:
SAIC is seeking an experienced Configuration Management Analyst to support SAIC's NXP Program. This role is in Suffolk, VA and requires ability to obtain and maintain TS/SCI clearance.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Responsible for the end-to-end management and execution of the Configuration Management/Data Management process
- Oversee process to ensure accurate, complete, and consistent records
- Develop and implement comprehensive data and configuration management strategies, policies, and procedures
- Define and implement processes to segregate and safeguard sensitive and proprietary data using role-based access controls
- Establish and maintain records for controlled documents and artifacts
- Ensure standardization across program tools and artifacts as well as alignment with government processes
- Establish and enforce CM process; to include pre-defined roles and responsibilities, workflow management, and version control
- Facilitate risk reviews and reporting, ensuring that all potential issues documented and addressed alongside configuration changes
- Oversee the processes within the configuration framework, ensuring proactive risk identification and mitigation strategies
Qualifications
Required
Education and Experience:
- Bachelor’s Degree and 2 years of relevant experience. Additional professional years of experience may be substituted in lieu of a degree
- Active Top Secret clearance with the ability to obtain a TS/SCI clearance
- Experience with Configuration Management or Data Management Processes on development programs
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and collaboration skills
- Demonstrated ability to lead and facilitate meetings
- Experienced with fast-paced, dynamic programs
- Experience in Agile methods for program management or software development
- Experience supporting a Space program desired
- Security+ AND one of the following:
- CCNA, CCNP, Enterprise Linux, VMware Professional, Windows 2019 or higher, or VMware Certified Associate. Six-month waiver authorized to obtain
