Prevailance is seeking an experienced and mission-focused professional to provide Navy Warfare Training Plan (NWTP) and Unit-Level Training and Readiness Assessments (ULTRA) Support to Naval Information Forces (NAVIFOR) Information Warfare (IW) Type Commander (TYCOM) as a Business System Intelligence Analyst.
NAVIFOR exercises responsibility as the Navy’s IW TYCOM to organize, man, train, equip, and maintain Navy IW Forces, and related activities to the required levels of current readiness afloat and ashore. The Intelligence Analyst will contribute to unit-level readiness, training assessments, and continuous improvement initiatives within the Information Warfare community.
Key ResponsibilitiesQualifications:
- Ten (10) years of experience in Navy Intelligence
- Five (5) years of experience in Navy cyber warfare
- Five (5) years of experience in NWTP development, maintenance, and execution, including outputs of Universal Naval Task List (UNTL)-based METL development and ULTRA certification processes
- Experience in tailoring unit-level training and recommending improvements in doctrine, policy, tactics, techniques, and procedures
- Demonstrated experience in developing and revising instructional support materials for virtual and mobile training, including applying training effectiveness evaluation methodologies
- Proven experience authoring and maintaining training readiness-related PQS per NAVEDTRA 43001-2I, PQS Manager and PQS Model Manager’s Guide, and NAVEDTRA 43000-3B, PQS Writer’s Guide
- Demonstrated experience in authoring, scheduling, delivering, and reporting on Level of Knowledge (LOK) examinations, including item analysis, test analysis, and survey reporting
- Experience designing and applying training objectives, unit training requirements, and grouping them into training events to assess unit proficiency of specific training audiences
- Familiarity with Service and/or Joint Training Plan development capabilities (e.g., NTIMS or equivalent across the DoD)
- Strong analytical problem-solving skills
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Familiarity with the organization and hierarchy of the military rank and grade structure
- Knowledge of military terminology and Information Warfare operational concepts
- Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field (e.g., Operations Research, Operations Management, Applied Psychology, or a related discipline)
- Must be able to obtain and maintain a Top Secret / SCI Clearance
