Customer Service - Logistics

Our client, Logistics and Transportation is seeking a CWR-Specialist, Logistics to join their team. As a CWR-Specialist, Logistics, you will be part of the Operations team supporting daily logistics execution. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, clear communication skills, and a proactive problem-solving mindset which will align successfully in the organization.

• Maintain customer profile information and enter loads from customer tenders into the Freight Optimizer system
• Update account managers on problem loads and document actions taken; update receivers and customers on load status
• Monitor daily pick-ups and deliveries, verifying loads arrive on time and in good condition
• Take check calls from drivers, ensuring loads will deliver on time; validate all load data prior to marking loads delivered for accounting purposes
• Investigate product overages, shortages, and damages, and complete the appropriate documentation

• 1 year of logistics experience
• General knowledge of the transportation industry
• Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, verbal, or diagram form
• Experience writing routine reports and correspondence (preferred)
• High school diploma or equivalent (preferred)

• Work in a logistics role where your accuracy directly impacts on-time delivery and customer communication
• Build confidence by coordinating dispatch, routing, and traffic details in a fast-paced environment
