Operational Leadership:
Directly manage and unify fleet operations, including routine and random compliance checks.

Maintenance Management:
Oversee service and vehicle maintenance, liaising with external vendors as needed.

Team Development:
Orientate, train, and evaluate Fleet Operators, ensuring a high standard of performance and compliance.

Compliance and Safety:
Monitor and enforce strict adherence to safety protocols and company policies, maintaining a focus on vehicle and driver compliance.

Strategic Involvement:
Actively participate in executive decision-making, contributing to the over-all strategy and improvements in fleet operations.
