As our Fleet Operations Director, you’re more than a supervisor; you're the driving force behind our fleet efficiency and reliability. Your primary mission is to manage and enhance our fleet operations, focusing on compliance, maintenance, and team management to propel our services forward.
Operational Leadership:
Directly manage and unify fleet operations, including routine and random compliance checks.
Maintenance Management:
Oversee service and vehicle maintenance, liaising with external vendors as needed.
Team Development:
Orientate, train, and evaluate Fleet Operators, ensuring a high standard of performance and compliance.
Compliance and Safety:
Monitor and enforce strict adherence to safety protocols and company policies, maintaining a focus on vehicle and driver compliance.
Strategic Involvement:
Actively participate in executive decision-making, contributing to the over-all strategy and improvements in fleet operations.
