Area Manager Fulfillment Center- NIGHTS

• The Area Manager supports QVC and oversees the distribution operation department. You will monitor, control, prioritize, assign and review departmental efficiency to meet productivity, volume and quality goals. You will work onsite and report to the Operational Manager.

• This role is onsite and will require you to work from our Suffolk FC daily. Relocation assistance is not available for this role.

• Lead operation teams to support a high level of location accuracy by achieving and implementing sound operating processes.
• Network and consult with corporate and site resources and facilities staff to ensure low‑cost efficiencies and high service levels are maintained.
• Identify, report and communicate trends or irregularities. Analyze deficiencies and develop plans to correct. Recommend and implement solutions by involving staff to obtain the best result.
• Partner with the corresponding manager to develop quality guidelines for specified job responsibilities. Support audit techniques and error capturing to ensure products and procedures exceed the established inventory and quality standards.
• Obtain and demonstrate a working knowledge of all technologies used in their Distribution Center including CLIC, WMS, WAMAS, Pyramid, and CRM.

• Bachelor's degree in business, supply chain, distribution, logistics or related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Minimum 2 years of demonstrated leadership/supervisory experience in a high volume distribution center or warehouse environment.
• Experience encouraging a positive work environment and partnering with employees.
