What You’ll Be Doing:

• Leading from the front: Oversee and support your team of warehouse associates with scheduling, training, and coaching to keep operations moving smoothly 👥.
• Running the shift: Ensure inbound and outbound shipments are timely, accurate, and handled properly 🚛.
• Keeping it tight: Manage inventory with regular cycle counts and system updates 📦.
• Owning safety: Champion a safety‑first culture with strict adherence to PPE, OSHA standards, and equipment protocols 🦺.
• Finding efficiencies: Always on the lookout for ways to improve workflows and boost team productivity ⚡.
• Communicating clearly: Work closely with other departments to align priorities and solve operational challenges 🤝.
• Tracking results: Keep tabs on performance metrics, staffing, inventory movement, and documentation 📊.
• Maintaining equipment: Monitor forklifts, pallet jacks, and warehouse tools to ensure they’re in top shape 🏗️.
• Respecting the chill: Uphold temperature control and product safety in our cold storage environment ❄️.

What You Bring to the Table:

• High school diploma or equivalent (bonus points for additional coursework in logistics or supply chain) 🎓.
• 3–5 years of warehouse experience, with at least 1–2 years in a leadership role.
• Experience in cold storage? Even better 🧊.
• Strong leadership and communication skills 💬.
• Comfortable with physical work and fast‑paced settings 💪.
• WMS experience and Microsoft Office skills 💻.
• Forklift certified (or willing to get there fast) 🚜.
