A role in Distribution and Receive Centers involves being on the front lines of getting products to guests quickly — a critical part of our logistics. Whether focusing on regional or upstream distribution centers,  fulfillment centers, or import warehouses, you'll impact thousands of team members and guests worldwide. Responsibilities include Distribution Center Operations, Quality Management, and Distribution Center Productivity, focusing on process, problem-solving, and supporting our evolving business.

An Operations Manager influences safety, leadership, excellence, and teamwork. You will lead a team of hourly leads and warehouse staff, fostering a "safety first" culture through training and accountability. You will establish yourself as an engaging leader, ensuring team productivity, growth, and development. About you:

• Four-year degree or equivalent experience
• Leadership skills and ability to motivate others
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
• Strong reasoning, conflict management, analytical, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to access all areas of the Distribution Center, including mezzanine platforms
• Ability to interpret policies and operate systems within the Distribution Center
