Solenis LLC seeks a Production Supervisor in Suffolk, VA to oversee safe, efficient daily operations of the VFA plant. You will manage a team of four to six operators and coordinate with Maintenance, Lab, Engineering, and Planning to meet production goals while ensuring safety and environmental compliance.
You will help commission and startup a new plant, participate in training, and drive continuous improvements with SAP and DeltaV systems.
